A fire broke out on the eleventh floor of a building Tuesday night

MUMBAI: A fire broke out on the 11th floor of a ground-plus-12-storey building on Baptista Road, near St Xavier School in Vile Parle (West), on Tuesday night.The incident was reported to the Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) control room at around 10.02pm.Fire brigade personnel, police, Adani officials, a 108 ambulance and ward staff were mobilised to the spot.As per preliminary information, the fire was confined to the 11th floor of Shanta Bhavan Building on Church Road.No injuries have been reported so far.Further details on the cause and extent of the fire are awaited.
